At Mudd Brothers, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for apparel and non-consumable merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• All cannabis or hemp-derived products (in accordance with state and federal law)

• Limited edition or final sale items

• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at support@mbcannabisco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently do not process exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
